Ensure you have the most recent version of our Software downloaded onto your Manager PC and Player PC’s before you select any add-on below. The current Version is shown on the Home page.
Activation of your Add-on is simple. We’ll Email you the Activation details which you will then “copy & paste” into the dialogue box which is located by: Opening Digital Recall Manager; Click “About”; Click on “Add-on Registration Details”. Easy!!
PowerPoint,Word,Excel
Description: This add-on allows you to Play PowerPoint, Word and Excel Files on your Monitors.
IMPORTANT NOTES & LIMITATIONS:
FULL VERSION REQUIRED: You must have the full versionof Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word installed on the Player PC in order to play these Formats . If this is too expensive, then consider converting your PowerPoint files to another format used by Digital Recall such as .wmv (by using Moyea or similar software) and display that format instead of the PowerPoint format.
Ensure the installed version of PowerPoint, Word and/or Excel is the same (or newer) version than the one used to create the slideshow, document or spreadsheet. Office 2007 files (.pptx, .docx, .xlsx) are supported.
PowerPoint – only ONE instance of the same file can be played at any one time.
Multiple instances of different PowerPoint files can be played (subject to hardware suitability, and the size of your PowerPoint file). WARNING: We do NOT however suggest playing more than 1 PowerPoint show at any one time (example: different PowerPoint shows in different zones or on different monitors at the same time).
Word & Excel - Multiple instances of the same Word & Excel files can be played at the same time (subject to hardware suitability). WARNING: We do NOT however suggest playing more than 1 Word or Excel documant at any one time
Word & Excel - Only 1 page of a Word Document or Excel spreadsheet can be displayed.
Excel - the system CANNOT read data in an Excel Spreadsheet which is "sucked in" from another Excel spreadsheet.
The power of your PC, as well as the other file formats/ content that you have opening at that time will determine how long it takes for the PowerPoint; Word or Excel file to open and display. (Example: If your TV tuner (or DVD) is tuning in/ starting up, there may be a delay). This is a once-off fee that applies across your entire network. Scroll down for the price.
