We log on to your PC's and work on your PC as if we're sitting at it.
This is the most efficient way to solve your problem.

| How do we Log on, and is it simple & secure for you? |
- How - We use well known Support-software specially developed for Help desks – Log MeIn Rescue
- Simple - you go to www.logmein123.com & key in a 6 digit Pin that we send you. We can then log on to that PC.

| Actions you need to take BEFORE requesting Online Help: |
- Ensure that your PC's comply with the minimum requirements for us to use LogMeIn Rescue
 System Requirements - Windows98, ME, 2000, XP or Server 2003, MS Vista
Broadband connectivity to the Internet (i.e. T1, Cable modem, ISDN or DSL)
- Make sure you can key in the 6-digit Pin onto each PC(s) that we will need to access (See "Simple" above). Note: Do you have remote PC’s at various locations', Using FREE remote-control software will allow you to access & key in the 6 digit pin onto any of your PC’s from your central PC. Use LogMeIn Free. Simply download it onto each PC.
